Ursula Maidens is the founding and managing director of the Rockmybaby® Group.
Rockmybaby® Group is a leading provider of high-quality, multi-layered Early Childhood Education (ECE) services and total childcare solutions within New Zealand and worldwide. Offering homebased ECE, Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR), private nannies, babysitters, maternity nurses, au pairs, event care and household staff.
She has been working in the childcare industry for the past 25 years.
She is a Board Trustee for the Graeme Dingle Foundation which runs school based programmes across the country including Kiwi Can, Stars, Career Navigator, Project K and MYND. Using fun and safe experiential learning through the great outdoors and inspirational classroom leaders and world-class mentors to help our young people keep on track, learn good values and set goals for the future.
Ursula lives in Havelock North, New Zealand, where you will find the Rockmybaby global headquarters.
Being a working mum of three children, Ursula understands the challenges of balancing career with family life. To get her work/life balance right, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You will often find her cooking up a storm, out in the garden or reading a book.
