- Duties
- Friendly professional family in Dural are seeking a full time live in housekeeper.
We are seeking someone who has previous housekeeping experience working in private homes to undertake a range of duties including but not limited to –
• Meal preparation – you must be a capable cook
• Grocery shopping
• Organise kitchen pantry, fridge, and keep the kitchen clean and tidy
• Cleaning & maintenance of the house, including vacuuming rooms that can not be covered by vacuum robots, dusting and mopping furniture, cleaning bathrooms
• Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
• Laundry – washing, ironing
• Organising wardrobes
• Making beds & changing linen
• Running household errands (e.g. picking up and dropping off dry cleaning)
* Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene are essential.
This is a permanent full time position working minimum of 5 days a week Mon - Fri or Tue - Sat 40 hours per week. Hours to be discussed however full time hours guaranteed..
Drivers licence essential. The family will provide a car.
Non smoker. The family will also provide full board and accommodation which is separate from the house.
Please note the family have two young children and a full time nanny. It’s essential to be comfortable to work as part of a team.
The family are looking for an April start and the view to be a long term role.
