Permanent Nanny Placement Fees Brisbane
(Excluding GST)
Engagement & Search Fee (Upfront): $150
One-off fee of 6% of the nanny’s gross annual income
Minimum placement fee: $1,500
Includes full recruitment, screening, profile presentation, interview coordination, and post-placement support.
Flexi Nanny Fees
Engagement & Search Fee (Upfront ) : $150.00 , hourly rate from $40 per hour; plus a service fee.
What is our Flexi Nanny Service?
Our Flexi Nanny Service is designed for families who need flexible, ongoing childcare without the commitment of a permanent nanny placement.
We take care of the administration, so you can focus on your family. Your nanny works as an independent contractor through Rockmybaby, and each week both you and your nanny simply confirm the hours worked. We then process the payment, invoice you directly, and pay the nanny on your behalf.
This service is ideal for families with changing schedules, part-time requirements, temporary support needs, or those wanting a simple and hassle-free childcare solution.

Babysitter Booking Rates - Brisbane
(All fees exclude GST)
Booking Types:
Standard Daily Booking Fee: $40.00
Service Fee (on all bookings) applies at checkout
Babysitter Hourly Rates:
Standard Day Rate: $40.00 per hour
Easter Friday, Sunday & Monday, Australia Day: $45/hour
New Year's Eve & New Years Day: $60/hour
Christmas Day $70/hour
Babysitting – What to Expect:
Minimum 3-hour booking (4 hours on New Year’s Eve)
Booking fee is non-refundable once the babysitter is confirmed
The babysitter’s profile will be emailed to you upon confirmation
The babysitter will call within 24 hours of accepting the booking
Cancellations within 3 hours of the start time will incur a minimum 3-hour charge
Fuel charges may apply if the babysitter uses their own vehicle
Parking fees may apply for hotel or inner-city bookings without allocated parking
Parking fees can be added when the client and sitter confirm hours after the booking.
Service fee applies to all hourly rates.
Maternity Nurse Services – Brisbane
Daily Agency Fee: $45.00
Admin fee (Upfront): $150.00
Maternity Nurse Rates: POA (based on qualifications and experience)

Our maternity nurses are self-employed professionals, providing expert support to families with newborns. They are responsible for their own insurance, tax, and superannuation.
Services include:
Overnight care
24-hour support
Live-in short-term placements
Help with feeding, settling, sleep routines, and more
Bookings available from one night up to 12 weeks.
